about

I wrote this when living down the Roonagh pier road. It is about
being surrounded by everything I have every loved and could ever hope to have ever wanted while I still felt lost and an empty soul was still prominent about me as I lost somebody very precious to me. I became delusional and found every day a struggle to see any thing clearly. I sat out the back on a broken up chair barefooted with a pair of cut up jeans, shirt hanging off me, and a cool breeze came across as I got the last of the day’s sunshine. I played this out to the fields & meadows I looked out on and just roared. Heart became heavy; fingers became cold and eyes turned into an overflowing dam.

lyrics

I’m living where the waves come crashing and rollin’ in
Where the mountains grow high and the birds fly with the wind

If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would still be the same person I am today
Not a care in the sky as the world pass me bye and I go on my way

Look around there is many a field to be seen
Growing wild and open with the odd tree in the breeze
Thought this would make me happy and all I want is out of this misery

Oh... look around can‘t ya see
This is all I’ve ever wanted but now I see
Help me fulfill my life one more time please

God damn I miss you, god damn I wish I could have your touch
Because I… love you so much
